Sportymaps (a business of GA Studio) respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your information to conduct the orders as quickly and easily as possible. Otherwise, we will use this information only with your permission. This privacy policy applies to the services of Sportymaps. You should be aware that Sportymaps is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and resources. In short:

We use your data (name, address, email and phone number) to process your order. We need this info to send you your order and to contact you if there is something wrong and to send you track and trace information.
Some of this data is needed to process your payment with our payment providers.
Some of this date is needed to physically send you your order.
We use cookies for functionality and analytics in our webshop. For example a cookie is used to remember what you put in your shopping cart.
We use analytical cookies to see how visitors use our webshop in order to improve it for a better shopping experience.
We use a marketing cookie (Facebook) to keep track of the efficiency of our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
We don’t abuse or sell your data and we are keen on keeping this information secure.

Below you can read how we handle your data, where we store it, which security techniques we use and who can see the data. We give your data only to other parties if that is really necessary for our services. This concerns these parties: printing (Gelato, Drukwerkdeal), shipping partners (MyParcel - PostNL), payment partners (Mollie), Hosting (TransIP) and a party we use for sending email newsletters (MailChimp – The Rocket Science Group).
In suspicious cases, we are required to share customer information with government agencies.

Webhosting
TransIP
We use webhosting and email services from TransIP. TransIP processes and stores personal data on our behalf and doesn’t use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal. TransIP has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. E-mail and mailing lists
MailChimp
We give you the option to sign up for our newsletter. We will send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of each email sent via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. Your personal details are securely stored by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies to provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. Payment processors
Mollie
We use the platform Mollie.com to handle the payment in our shop.  Mollie uses your name and address details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to improve the service and under its share (anonymous) data with third parties. Mollie shares in the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit) and personal information concerning your financial position with rating agencies. All the guarantees mentioned above relating to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services which they engage third parties. Printing, Shipping and logistics
Drukwerkdeal
Orders for Belgium and the Netherlands plus orders that need to be framed are processed by Drukwerkdeal. They print, pack and ship the order directly to the customer or to us in case of framing. It is therefore necessary that we share your name,  address and contact data (email) with Drukwerkdeal. Drukwerkdeal uses this data only for the purpose of the execution of the contract. In case Drukwerkdeal enables subcontractors, like postal services, Drukwerkdeal makes your data also available to these parties.

Gelato
For orders outside of the Netherlands and Belgium we use our printing partner Gelato. They have a printing hub with facilities in 30+ countries world wide. They will send the order to the facility closest to the customer and that facility will print, pack and ship the order. It is therefore necessary that we share your name,  address and contact data (email) with Gelato. Gealto uses this data only for the purpose of the execution of the contract. In case Gelato enables subcontractors like postal services, Gelato makes your data also available to these parties so your order can be delivered.

PostNL - Myparcel
If you place an order with us, it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use the services of MyParcel to perform deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name,  address and contact data with MyParcel. MyParcel uses this data only for the purpose of the execution of the contract. In case MyParcel enables subcontractors,e.g. when a parcel is shipped outside of the Netherlands, MyParcel makes your data also available to these parties.

We use your data for our services. The purpose of processing your data is always directly related to the customer request.

Retention Periods
We keep your data as long as you are a customer of ours. This means that we save your customer profile until you indicate that you do not want to make more use of our services. Under administrative obligations we have invoices with your (personal) data to be retained, so that information we will keep for as long as the applicable period.

We use the "visitor action pixel" of Facebook to measure the effectiveness of our online marketing.
