When you place your order, the file is sent to a printing facility closest to the destination of the order. This can be in your country or the country closest where your order can be processed by our printing partner. While the order is sent to the printing facility almost instantly after the payment is accepted, a printing facility can have a bit of processing time. In general, this processing time can be around 3 working days, but often it is faster. Shipping time varies, but is around 7 days after placing the order in our webshop.
Exceptions are orders with frames. Frames and framed prints are also shipped from various locations. The print is not sent to the customer directly, but first needs to be framed. This takes up some additional time.

All products are packed with care in suitable packaging materials. We try to use recyclable material as much as possible, e.g. recycled cardboard and bubble wrap.

When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and/or text message with the track and trace information of your parcel. In many cases, this will be a local delivery company.

Shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout. With the help of our global printing partners, we hope to keep these low and delivery swift.
